BURN / BOOT CAMP

A full-body strength and conditioning workout, This 60-minute session is aimed at losing body fat by increasing cardiovascular efficiency while toning muscle. Everyone trains at their own level while working together in a super-friendly environment.

CIRCUIT

AN extension of bootcamp, circuit integrates Functional, Body Weight movements into the ‘multiple-stations’ format. No heavy lifting or heavy thinking required - this class is strictly for those who want to turn up, get a sweat up, and leave with a smile on their face!

TABATA

TABATA is another hiit-style format but challlenges you over very short, specific intervals - 8 rounds of 20 seconds with 10 seconds rest between rounds. the main difference with tabata and other classes are the variety of the movements every session. after 4 minutes theres always a new set of movements!

TEAM BURN

TEAM BURN is where everyone works out in teams to complete the workout of the day. the main focus is community, building bonds within the studio thereby increasing connections. sometimes these sessions are more fun than fitness, but healthy living is also about the heart, not just heart rate.

SPINNING

spinning is our hi-intensity, cardio indoor cycling class. we have both 45min & 60min formats depending on your schedule - both will get you sweating those calories away!

if your goal is to improve your cardiovascular fitness without the impact stress on your body, then spinning is for you.

YOGA

A Balance of Body, Mind and Soul through strengthening and lengthening your muscles,while focusing on breathing.
